FAQ
Not legal advice — your firm comes first.
Who can join?
Licensed or credentialed advisors at any firm, or independent. See our compliance standards.
Are clients guaranteed?
No. We do not guarantee leads, rankings, or traffic.
Can joining fit SEC / FINRA marketing rules?
Rule 206(4)-1 allows paid introductions and directory placement with fair advertising and disclosures. FINRA Rule 2210 expects firm-supervised, balanced communications. TFA is a platform, not your supervisor.
